New description:
It seems that licq-1.2.6 has a problem with Hebrew
support (It's not reversing strings) although I've
defined it in the config.h file <#define USE_HEBREW 1>.
Note that the strings are decoded with ISO 8859-8-1 and
CP 1255.
I'm using Qt GUI 1.2.6 with KDE 3.0.3-8 on Redhat 8
with qt-3.0.5-17.

Closing old ticket. If anyone still experiences this problem, reopen
ticket and provide a more detailed explanation on how hebrew support
should work and what's missing in Licq.
