I tried again and still cannot reproduce this after the fix in r7408.
To check if there is any problem in the client config, could you please
check the value of OnIgnoreList in .licq/users/<uin>.Licq for the affected
contact before Licq starts, after start but before logon, after logon and
again after removing the contact from ignore list.
