As for this patch, i'll handle adapting it to fit our style guidelines
(if necessary).

I haven't followed the discussion about technical details, but IIRC
you can find it by searching for mails with topic "GOP-PROP 3 - C++
formatting" and "Adapt fixcc.py to use Astyle".
