Hi all, I'm having some trouble with getting exact top/bottom margins with LilyPond.While left/right margins match the given values exactly, top/bottom margins exceed them by approx. 10mm. Since there is no header except for the first page, head-separation=0\mm shows no effect.
What can be the reason for this?
