This page says "MacOS X 10.7 Lion is not yet supported", but the Intel version GUI works on 10.7.4, and for the LilyPond PPC version, it will never be supported as 10.7 cannot run it (10.6 could run it via the Rosetta emulator, but it is not available on 10.7). http://lilypond.org/macos-x.html In addition, as for the script on that page, on 10.7, if one does not want to change PATH, one can put it into /usr/local/bin/, which is included in the system defined PATH.
