They are all good, the file name will have 
a version number and a suffix tgz, or rpm
If you see the need to ask this question, you
might find it easier to install the rpm (rpm -i) 
but dosemu is trivial either way.
some of the files will have "i386" in there name this
indicates the platform they run on.
however with dosemu there are no other platforms.
