Not knowing much about using SIP, I thought Linphone would be an easy place to
start. I installed on android from playstore (5.2.3).
I then created an account. Confirmed account, then entered username into app.
I tried a few test addresses I found online and one known address. I don't get
a connection with any of them. Mostly a time out error.
What additional requirements am I missing? Thanks.
