sous SuSE, j'ai eu aussi des problèmes; j'étais pressé et j'ai
simplement essayé de scanner en root et cela a marché...

Les permissions de /dev/sg0 sont : crw-rw-rw (20666)
(owner : root & group : disk).
Il existe aussi un répertoire /dev/scsi mais il est vide.
Le fichier /etc/modprobe.conf contient :
install scsi_hostadapter /bin/true
Ne devrais-je pas le trouver dans un lsmod ???
Le fichier /etc/modprobe.conf.local est vide
Le fichier /etc/modules.conf contient :
alias scsi_hostadapter aha152x
options aha152x aha152x=0x340,9
Dans YAST/system/kernel/INITRD_MODULES, j'ai
ajouté aha152x.
Mais dmesg m'indique : "aha152x not supported by Novell, setting
U taint flag. Qu'est-ce que cela veut dire ?
Et où est le "bug" ?
Cela m'emm.... vraiment de passer sous NT2000 pour le moindre scan.
