This version fixes some bugs that needed fixing for the release of the MVT
Turnkey CD. If you're not doing anything listed above, then you need not
install this version.
For Windows users: This version was compiled against version 1.3.20 of the
Cygwin libraries. You should install them using the Cygwin setup program.

Cygwin libraries will not be made available for download from the main
Hercules site.
