This book started as a copy of the book "z/VM and Linux on IBM System z: The Virtualization Cookbook for SLES9" and converted SLES stuff to RHEL stuff. I worked a bit with Yoichi Hara, Brad Hinson, Kyle Smith and Chris Young, but they did almost all the work converting the book, and it seems to be a very good job. They threw a lot of stuff out and added some new stuff, but the crux of the two books are the same.
