No problems accessing the FTP via a CMS session (under the same VM).

I don't understand why it's asking me these questions, when I'm
supplying a .CONF file?

The other curious thing is it tries to transfer updates.img and
products.img, yet they don't exists in the ISO (and therefore not in the
FTP directory).

Looks like you have 512MB stor defined for this guest.  Does it get any
farther with 768MB?

Also, are there any firewall rules on the FTP server that would prevent
access from the z guest/subnet, but allow the FTP client you used above?
