Not sure how much clefos differs from Rhel, but for RHEL z15 was tested with RHEL 7.7: kernel-3.10.0-1058.el7, s390utils-1.23.0-45.el7; CCA lib: 6.0.13-10; EP11 lib: 2.1.0-8 see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-z-linuxone-and-partner-certified-platform So I would assume that this ClefOS kernel is newer and therefore good to go.
