Yes, unfortunately no jack support yet ... More generally: http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~lazzaro/sa/pubs/pdf/wemp01.pdf sketches out the tricks sfront uses to do the compilation, most of these would be applicable to specification languages other than Structured Audio.
