What exactly are you trying to build here? The code that causes these errors is not in Sonic Visualiser 1.0pre3. It looks as if you're trying to build an older Sonic Visualiser together with the newer Vamp plugin SDK. The downloads page is not very clear on this point (I hope to find time to tidy it up tomorrow), but the "Source code" download at the bottom is for the older 0.9 version, not the current 1.0pre3 (which is available on the SourceForge downloads page).
