Hi Andi,

a. This line appears strange to me:

Do think you can reload it without?

b. The DST cards do not need a "frontend", they need module dst.ko, and if 
there is a conditional access slot they need dst_ca.ko.

If that does not help it wuold be neccessary to reload one or both dst modules 
(after unloading them of course) with verbose=4, then send in the dmesg file.
