Reading the "do drivers support Nagravision CA" post suggests that your CAM + subscription card combination needs to be registered in some way with the broadcaster, so that the appropriate 'entitlement message' can be sent out over the data stream to allow the card to generate the decryption code word sequence for the streams you have subscribed to. Depends on the broadcaster's encoding whether decryption would work across a mux.
