See above, you must unload all related modules previously with "modprobe -vr ...". Can't believe that you have a custom kernel with all statically compiled in. Then "modprobe saa7134 i2c_scan=1". Then "modprobe saa7134-dvb" or set "options saa7134 ...", "options saa7134-dvb ..." amd whatsoever in /etc/modprobe.conf or what ever Ubuntu uses for it and "depmod -a". Use "modinfo module_name" to know more. What says "uname -a"? Where can one buy this card?
