My mistake, gibraltar-bootsupport isn't required - just put mkinitrd-cd
into your NFSROOT_PACKAGES The id.txt file is in mkinitrd-cd, not
gibraltar-bootsupport, so I don't know why you had problems before,
the woody packages definitly work fine.
