Since you are running a proprietary closed source system like Weblogics and Solaris, I suggest you call their customer support.

Sun and Weblogics both told me that their customer support is their key differentiator and competitive advantage over Open Source in the telecom service provider market in order to ensure
high availability of mission critical systems.

God - I love the way those buzz-words just roll off my keyboard.....
