What I found most striking is that MS chose not to include the people and resource scheduling as a part of their requirements. Exchange is the MS "Killer Application", yet they chose not to include it.
Note that I am not referring to Outlook compatibility. This can be achieved using the Bynari plug in. Free/Busy checking does not even need the plug in.
The document is good reading, because it does highlight the perceived shortcomings of linux, and the tactics used by MS to magnify them.
