Unless you are not limited by the size of the CD (which your insistence on an ISO seems to suggest) you will not be able to keep a vanilla ubuntu disc anyhow since it already requieres slight overburn so if you want to add even more you are either looking at DVDs or at removing other programs, and once you're doing that going from scratch may very well end up cleaner....
