This patch makes the HP jornada 6xx touchscreen working again. The driver was 
broken since
the removal of tsdev (2.6.24), so we make it work with tslib module input_raw. 
We also upgrade the touchscreen driver into an platform driver to make it more 
inline
with the rest.
