are net/ipv4/ipip.c and net/ipv4/tunnel4.c necessary
to implement IPsec for Linux? What is the general
functionalities of these two files?
IPsec is done by net/ ipv4/ah4.c and net/ipv4/esp4.c,
isn't it? How are they connected with ipip.c and
tunnel4.c?
