Kppp does do its own dialing

On an unsuccessful dialing:

Modem Ready
Setting Speaker Volume
Dialing 7432401
Lopping on to Network

Then a another window popes up saying "timeout expired while waiting for the
PPP interface to come up!".

On successful dialing I get the same thing except no pop up window. Instead it
connects.

P.S. Dose it make any sense to you that my connection should stall when I don't
move my mouse for a few seconds.
