Hi, Just tried to update BIOS on a PE 2850 on a production server and it failed (see below). I have a couple questions:
1. Being this is a production server, how should I best proceed? I'm afraid if I reboot the system, it will not come back up. 2. Is it save to reboot the system w/ http://linux.dell.com/files/openmanage-contributions/omsa-63-live/OMSA63-CentOS55-x86_64-LiveCD.iso and see if I can install the update that route? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated... # update_firmware --yes Running system inventory... Searching storage directory for available BIOS updates...
