Mind if I apply this?  My USB 2.0 hub doesn't have any LEDs, so I can't
verify the blinkenlights option, but the other stuff in this patch looks
good to have.  And fun features are always nice to add at times :)

When I send in my "refactor enumeration" patch (you already merged
its predecessors), that'll mean I don't have to strip out the stuff
that uses the green blinking light to report the "highspeed device
in fullspeed port" error.  So it's not entirely frivolous... :)
