Was /proc/interrupts showing an increasing number for those devices?

The ehci_hcd driver gets a single interrupt when I reattach a device, but nothing happens on the ochi_hcd device. I recompiled a 2.6.11-rc2 kernel with CONFIG_USB_DEBUG on and here is the logs:

When I boot a Fedora kernel (CONFIG_X86_UP_APIC=n), the OHCI device is assigned IRQ3 and the EHCI device is assigned IRQ5. But it still doesn't work with that kernel.

I have tried booting with acpi=off and pci=noacpi with no change. Any help would be appreciated.
