Hey folks - I've seen a number of questions on the list about getting the Microtech Cameramate recognized; none seem to match up with the trouble I'm having. Kernel in question is 2.4.5. Upon booting, this is what I get from the USB code: usb.c: registered new driver usbdevfs usb.c: registered new driver hub usb-uhci.c: $Revision: 1.259 $ time 20:17:59 Jun 5 2001 usb-uhci.c: High bandwidth mode enabled PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:07.2 PCI: The same IRQ used for device 00:13.0 usb-uhci.c: USB UHCI at I/O 0xd400, IRQ 11 usb-uhci.c: Detected 2 ports usb.c: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 1 usb.c: kmalloc IF c188a980, numif 1 usb.c: new device strings: Mfr=0, Product=2, SerialNumber=1 usb.c: USB device number 1 default language ID 0x0 Product: USB UHCI Root Hub SerialNumber: d400 hub.c: USB hub found hub.c: 2 ports detected hub.c: standalone hub hub.c: ganged power switching hub.c: global over-current protection hub.c: power on to power good time: 2ms hub.c: hub controller current requirement: 0mA hub.c: port removable status: RR hub.c: local power source is good hub.c: no over-current condition exists hub.c: enabling power on all ports usb.c: hub driver claimed interface c188a980 usb.c: call_policy add, num 1 -- no FS yet usb-uhci.c: v1.251 Georg Acher, Deti Fliegl, Thomas Sailer, Roman Weissgaerber usb-uhci.c: USB Universal Host Controller Interface driver Initializing USB Mass Storage driver... usb.c: registered new driver usb-storage USB Mass Storage support registered. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if Linux isn't correctly recognizing either the reader or the card. Can anyone help? If you need any more info, I'll be glad to send. Thanks! jas -- Jason Van Patten AOL IM: Jason VP _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
