OK I guess it's the Mxch value then.

The "interesting" thing is that I never get any device under Bus 2 so it
is something wrong with it. Bus 1 is the two top port's that according
to the manual is USB 1.1 and I guess bus 2 is the two bottom one that is
supposed to be USB 2 but is detected as USB 1.1 and is not working.
