It's because of CONFIG_PCI_USE_VECTOR kernel option. Everything works
fine with it. Win xp also uses this irq numbering scheme.

noapic seems to be workaround for this problem.

Don't have such option.

There's no 'registers' file in whole /sys filesystem.

I don't really need ehci, so I don't load it at all.
