I bought a new USB2.0 Controller (PCI) Card, this time with a NEC-Chipset. This works without problems. So , the problems discussed in this thread are related to the bad hardware of a specific VIA-chipset based USB2.0 controllercard (PCI). I'll provide more information about this card later. Maybe I'll test it in another computer.
