Well instead of adding a part to the non-working Lisa, you should better shrink the parts to be tested in order to find the error much easier !
Normally engineering is supposed to do so :-)
Just plug off the HD, as I wrote in my last mail and check, whether the error still will appear. If yes, it's very likely, that you didn't track the right item :-)
By the way unplugging is much easier than installing a second PS...

...the 3 expansion slots. The original Twiggys used more power than the 3.5" drive does, and the SUN units may use less power than the apple Widget does.
I listed the ratings of different units two years ago or so in the LisaList...

... My Lisa2 with a 1.2amp PS and an internal HD has been running daily since 1991 proving the unit can be reliable.
Well, well, that's exactly why I wrote:
