I don't think you can create a slipstreamed VSTS SP1 ISO. But I'm happy to be proven wrong :) Anthony Borton also had troubles creating a slipstreamed TFS SP1 ISO on an x64 machine. Even though he wasn't installing it, the admin installation failed.
