This includes several changes to VFSLogFilePatternReceiver in Chainsaw and LogFilePatternReceiver in log4j, which fixes the tailing problem. By applying these changes, tailing works when the log events are added to the file frequently. But still the receiver gets stuck when log events are not added to the log file for more than 15 or 20 seconds.
