log4j with Borland Enterprise Server

I seem to get this error with Borland Enterprise Server (BES). Anybody else
had issue with BES 5.1.1

[Thu Oct 09 16:05:36 PDT 2003] log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for
logger (com.mycompany.NoTxManagedConnectionFactory).

[Thu Oct 09 16:05:36 PDT 2003] log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system
properly.
