"Normal" ASF procedure is to have separate downloads for source-only and binary-plus-doc releases and to provide ZIPs as well as tar.gz tarballs. How do we want to package 1.2.11? I personally would stick with ZIPs only but create three archives: source only, binaries signed with new key plus docs, binaries signed with old key plus docs. Any other preferences? Stefan
