Dear Participants of UNILOG'2013 The event will start soon. Here is some practical info. There are two terminals at Rio International Airport - Antonio Carlos Jobim (Galeao GIG) In both, at the exit, there is a counter with info about Rio de Janeiro, a bank where you can change money and some ATM machines where you can withdraw Brazilian Reals (In Brazil this is the only currency which is accepted). You can go from the airport to town by taxis (with fixed prices or taximeter) or by bus. The location of the event is the military school ECEME. Full details are on the website (page Sugar Loaf) including a map and how to arrive there. This school is the highest military school in Brazil, for the command of the army. The Brazilian Army generously offered us to use this school which is in a very beautiful location. We have to respect some rules: control of the entrance and exit of all participants - they must identified. When you come for registration you need to bring your passport / identity card, the number will be written on your badge. And there are some rules for the dressing. For men: only closed-in shoes are allowed. T-shirts can be used but they should cover the top part of the upper arm and shoulder. Shorts/bermudas are not allowed. For women: beach shoes are not allowed skirts are allowed but not shorts/bermudas People not respecting these rules cannot enter in the building of the event.
