I'm most of the way through https://class.coursera.org/nlp/auth/welcome Natural Language Processing and it's been excellent. Unless you're a prodigiously talented programmer with a solid maths background I'd caution against doing more than one at a time with a full time job: the assignments at least on this course are no joke. Their 10-15 hrs/week estimate is about right, if possibly on the low side if you want to score well. Paul
