Hi. I wrote wintemper. As far as I know, the accuracy of WinTemper's standard A will pretty much depend on the accuracy of the Digital/Analogue converter on your soundcard (so hopefully very accurate!). I keep the standard A pitch constant and work the temperament around it, rather than using C ;-)
