Hi Mathew,
I have the links. The first link takes me to a page with many manuscripts but 
none with the title of the manuscript that matches. The second link goes to a 
blank page. This is why I was asking for clarification, on the first link there 
are two manuscripts that can be ordered. I think the second one is the correct 
one.
