I have placed a cygwin binary at ftp://ftp.devel.lyx.org/pub/incoming. There should be archive named lyx-1.4.5-cygwin.tar.gz which is incomplete due to a reset during the upload, and a successfully uploaded one named lyx-1.4.5-cygwin-2.tar.gz. Please move it to proper location with name lyx-1.4.5-cygwin.tar.gz. Thanks. -- Enrico
