New document, code view on.
Insert a bib database
in Document Settings, Bibliography, select "sectioned bibliography";
this adds \usepackage[dot]{bibtopic}
switch from bibtex to biblatex, same dialog
\usepackage[dot]{bibtopic} remains, even though "sectioned bibliography"
option is disabled
(biblatex has its own sectioning options, so i guess this package is not
needed/desirable)
