Implement buffer-anonymize more efficiently
The work is done now in Paragraph::anonymize().
Move the handling of the lfun to Buffer class.
Richard, this is candidate for 2.3.2 (no hurry).
I have just created a 2.3.2-staging branch. (As usual, I'm worried about
forgetting things.) Please commit there.
Pavel is supposed to push his original work on 2.3.1. I am waiting to
see whether this happens.
