It does :
1) rename of UndoAll and associated
2) ControlButton -> ControlButtons
3) s/popup/dialog/
4) moves bc().refresh() into FormBase.show() for xforms
This patch doesn't include the necessary KDE changes since
that patch has several other KDE changfes in it.
Qt2 and Gnome should be updated though
