Is it possible to turn off the banner that LyX puts up when it loads? I
don't like banners; the only reason I've put up with LyX's until now is
that it doesn't seem to delay the loading of the rest of the program,
because the main window comes up before the banner.
Also, it's strange the way that the version number disappears before the
rest of the banner, so the window still says "Version" but the number has
disappeared.
