I strongly disagree. You should be able to use the Title ,Author,Abstract
etc... styles and not have to deal with font sizes, placement & so on.
This is just a "trick", not a "easier" way to do the job :-))
I don't really know what standard classes offer, may be this stuff is
just related to "article.cls" limits. LateX gurus should comment.
