Prefixes for references and labels

Hi,

Are the prefixes for references hard-coded or can I change them 
somewhere. I don't mean the prefix concerning the type of element that 
is labeled. That one I already found. But rather I mean the prefix, or 
preprefix if you like, "Ref:" that all references share. I would like to 
get rid of that and instead add a prefix "Tag:" to the labels.

(I am inclined to think that this would be nicer in general 
http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/10133, but I might overlook something.)
