there is no binary I could find on LyX.org):

Also, I'd love to get an installer for the 2.2.4 on Windows 10 if
possible (I downgraded from 2.3.x because it breaks my custom file
formats and I could not find a work-around:

The graphic from the tickets shows up incorrectly in 2.2.3 but fine on
2.3.1 under Win10. If I understood the fix correctly, then it is to use
the converter from SVG -> PNG instead of the qt internal one. Hence it
should be unrelated.
