I have a document from May 2015 that I'm modifying. pdflatex doesn't like the APA bibliography style because the Settings -> Bibliography dialog box has the citation style format box greyed out while showing Natbib (BibTeX).
I changed to BibLaTeX since I wrote the original document but cannot change that style in the current document. Looking at the .lyx file the first two lines are the same as in a very current file: #LyX 2.3 created this file. For more info see http://www.lyx.org/ \lyxformat 544 What do I do to update this 7-year-old file so I can change the bibliography styles to BibLaTeX (which is not offered in the old settings?)
