You have to do it by hand in LaTeX preamble. Read $TEXMF/doc/latex/hyperrref/manual.pdf.gz and $TEXMF/doc/pdftex/base/pdftexman.pdf.gz and $TEXMF/doc/pdftex/base/pdfTeX-FAQ.pdf.gz ($TEXMF is usually /usr/share/texmf on Linux).
